Sponsorship Opportunities

What are the opportunities for sponsors?
The students in this course are often unaware of the many products and services available to biosafety professionals and the organizations we serve.

Sponsor a Day

  • A sponsor representative will be introduced to the class on the day of their sponsorship and given the opportunity to give a 5-minute introduction to their company’s products and/or services.
  • The representative is welcome to visit with our participants during lunch on the day you sponsor (see schedule below). This may be an ideal opportunity for local sales representatives to network with up-and-coming biosafety professionals who may be in their region.
  • We will have a 6-ft. table available to set up your display and materials – you will be able to set up the morning of your sponsored day.
  • Sponsor name and logo will be listed on the BBTC webpage and included in any promotional emails.

The Biosafety and Biosecurity Training Course® (BBTC) is a weeklong program for biosafety professionals, their supervisors, and others seeking complementary biosafety knowledge, covering audits and inspections, BSL-2/BSL-3 facility design and operations, clinical and public health lab biosafety, prion research, and field investigations through intensive, engaging instruction with interactive exercises and a greenhouse tour, while emphasizing biosafety ethics and serving as an ideal follow-up to ABSA’s Principles & Practices of Biosafety® course.
